This session provides participants with the knowledge and skill to have important conversations with less stress and more success.
- Discover what makes having critical conversations so difficult to conduct and how to improve the chances of having them turn out productively
- Learn how to personalize critical conversations through a four-step approach based on the educator’s teaching experience, expertise and commitment
- Gain a variety of templates and tools to support important conversations no matter what the area of focus or need for improvement
- Practice creating a conversation map that focuses on shifting the conversation from justification to a learning conversation about how to go forward from here
