Pam Rosa is an award-winning principal and professional development consultant. She is passionate about helping educational leaders – both teachers and administrators, build collaborative partnerships that lead to systematic and sustained improvement.

A Charter Member of the Danielson Group, Pam Rosa has worked directly with founder Charlotte Danielson to help every type of district develop measurable and sustainable teaching and leadership effectiveness processes. Her passion is building customized in-house expertise in:

  • Implementing the Framework for Teaching (Danielson, 2013)
  • Developing teaching and leader evaluation systems
  • Aligning teacher and principal mentoring/coaching approaches
  • Facilitating professional growth through Learning-Focused Conversations (Lippman & Wellman, 2013)
  • Integrating district/school improvement structures using SMART tools and processes (Conzemius, 2013).

And because it directly benefits the districts she serves, researching leader and teacher effectiveness is a central theme in Pam’s work as well. Her primary focuses are:

  • Evaluation observation and conversation practices that support professional practices (Fourth – 12th grade)
  • Evaluation practices related to the Framework for Teaching in early learning grades (PreK-3rd Grade)
  • Integration of the Framework for Teaching and Common Core instruction in the teaching/student learning process
