  • Learn how to personalize critical conversations through a four-step approach based on the educator’s teaching experience, expertise and commitment
  • Gain a variety of templates and tools to support important conversations no matter what the area of focus or need for improvement
  • Practice creating a conversation map that focuses on shifting the conversation from justification to a learning conversation about how to go forward from here
